I know everyone says how much Dani looks like Bryce, and I wasn't exactly alive when you were a baby, but I've seen lots of pictures; She looks just like you in the pictures I remember. I could be wrong though. I guess it doesn't matter as long as she's cute and healthy right?

We just returned from Mayo. Dave has had yet another setback. There are some suspicious lesions in his bone. He had one biopsied and we'll get the results early next week. You know all too well how awful and unpredictable melanoma is.

Does knowing others have been through this help? Probably not... I stumbled across your site as I surf at 2am. I'm stunned by the similarities in our stories. My husband will die any day now from lung cancer. We are 30 and have a two year old.

So here I sat all night last night on your blog. I found it by a friend just after Bryce passed away. But until last night, I had never read through the archives.
I was feeling pretty bad yesterday. Not enough money, not enough time, you know how it is. Then I sat down and spent a few hours with you, from beginning to end. Tammy you are the most amazing woman I can imagine. After I got off the computer, (and an empty box of kleenex later) all my problems were put into perspective again. We're all healthy, together, and here. I can't ask for anything more than that.
Thanks for giving me a wake up call to what is really important! I needed it.

I was really excited to hear that the Young Men and Young Women will be running/walking the Salt Lake 5K in remembrance of Bryce. I'll be there, and I'll be cheering on every one of you in orange shirts for Bryce. We're still thinking of you, and hoping things are well. I can't believe that you have to go through yet, another trial in your life. I was shocked to hear that Dani was hospitalized this week for RSV. You don't know me. I saw your sweet husband's obituary way back in October and was compelled to read every article you had written. I've since thought about you a lot and have looked forward to the updates. I know you are going through pain that I can't even imagine, but I want you to know that I care about you.
