I've know Bryce since he was in t-ball. When I learned of your illness a week ago I sat down and read until I'd caught up. Now I'm checking at least 1-2 times per day for updates. You are in my prayers and when I get to the temple on Tuesday (I'm an ordinance worker) I'll put your name in. I'm sure the extra prayers will be helpful.

I'm a friend of Denise and Rick Nydegger. She shared your story with me because I had (breast) cancer 9 years ago.
I've gone on your site numerous times and - perhaps not the best expression here - I love it. I'm so touched by your words, story-telling and ability to put things in such a meaningful perspective that even those of us who don't know you or Bryce can feel the experience and want so much to help take it all away.
I feel privileged to have been a bit of an intruder in this process and to have had the joy of praying for you and your families.
The one shining light here is that you have an amazing gift to write and to bring others in through the beautifully written words you've recorded. What a blessing this will be for your little girl - and for you to treasure the memories and thoughts and feelings as a reminder of all you are learning.
My very best to you ... and I'll jump in when I know there's something I can do to actually be of help... or when you know of something and ask - please do!
Love to you, Gail Berry

Hellooooooooooo Brycey! Of course I'm following and I'd really like to know what the bump is on my head. I'm a little freaked out now listening to you talk about your mole! Scarry stuff I say! YOu better stay in good health so you can head down to my neck of the woods! Love ya! Misty

It's past 2:00 am in the morning. I've come to know a trend in Tammy's timing. Can't sleep: check for an update.

Sometimes the visits during the day are filled with bouncing baby's, visits from home health, the oxygen man, hungry family, visitors and lots of phone calls.
I've seen Tammy roust Bryce from a mild sleep to read another comment. He smiles, sometimes going right back to sleep. Bryce seems filled with determination, still a sense of humor and requests from us for happiness and a positive attitude. Bryce and Tammy's favorite doctors, Tammy's Dad Dan at the top of the list, are fighting just like they are. They are risking and streching with the love of a true samaratins.

Family and friends from the neighborhood, work, high school, friends of friends and strangers becoming friends all add support and a lift when life becomes overwhelming (we all have our moments).

Tammy is a rock, Bryce has love for each of you and they really are partners in this fight. As Bryce's mom, I am supported by Tammy's strength, Bryce's faith and determnation to fight and all of you who care, pray and live with them through this nightmare.

Bryce and Tammy are lucky to have almost all of their immediate family and many special friends within miles from their home. The rest of you are close through your comments. So many have put their lives on hold at difficut times to help in so many ways. Thank you for caring for this precious family and sharing your acts of kindness and words of encouragement. There is a silver lining in the worst of storms.

I have thought that Bryce and his dad were two of the best people that I had ever met through my Mrs. Fields and TCBY experience. I was lucky enough to meet with them when I ordered equipment for adding cookies to my TCBY shop. It was easy to see that they were surrounded by more than employees, the entire staff was like family. My time with Bryce was only one meeting and a dozen phone calls but it was enough for me to realize what a quality man he was. I check the site daily and continue to pray for him and his family.

Bryce and Tammy, Thanks for your updates, we look daily. Some good news and hope, the other day I was watching TV and came across a show about a man who had cancer all throughout his body. This man had cancer when he was young and he is now around 80. He went through treatments and of course there was far less you could do in those days. One day he went in for his appointment and the cancer was completely gone, he had experienced what they call spontaneous remission. Miracles do happen and I believe. Bryce you are a warrior and we believe in you. Lots of love, you are in all our prayers. Rex, Laurie, Beau, Mikail, and Cole.

Bryce,

Keep Fighting Bro! I can't imagine a tougher obsticle to face than what you are facing right now. I admire your courage and determination to fight! Never, Never, Never give up! You, as do I, like the story of the 300. But being a Scotsman, I would rather like to compare you to the few hundred Starving and outnumbered Scotsman who charged the field of Bannockburn in 1314, against thousands of English. They fought like "Warrior Peots" and won their freedom. You CAN prevail! Even when the odds are against you.

Thank you for the example you have set of a couple who have looked cancer straight in the eye and took it on head to head. You have set a high standard in the art of courage under fire.
I also admire both of your families. They too, have mastered endurance, strength, patience, and selflessness. What a path they have set for others to follow.

Brown Rice and Tammy,

Bryce, when I was packing I ran across a picture you sent me of you and Turtle when you were on my motorcycle up by the Stoneridge sign. You guys thought you looked so cool, but I got a good chuckle out of it cuz you didn't really look all that cool. It made me think that I musta not looked as cool as I thought when I was on that bike either, probably so. I meant to scan the picture and send it to you, but then it got packed somehow. Lame, I know.
Our lives have been turned upside down wth our move (not that it could hold a candle to what you guys are going through), but we're here following the happenings and keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Bryce, your Bintz family is behind you 500% and we touch base via this blog each morning to check on your progress. You and Tammy are the subject of numerous conversations during each and every day as we all try to pull strength from each other. Your courage inspires us. I know it certainly inspires me. There have been times when you and others have beaten the odds and I know you are both giving it all you have for each other and for Dani. Please know that I and all of us at Bintz are here for you and that you are in our thoughts each and every day. Dee and Barbara had a family dinner over the weekend where everyone was given a yellow band. As my Dad shared with the family your situation and challenges and as we prayed for you, tears came to the eyes of each of us. You are loved and we are looking forward to Thanksgiving and gathering there again with each of you. We are aware of the challenge this is for the entire family and we find ourselves at a loss as how make a difference, so we pray. If Spen was suffering like Bryce, I don't think I'd have the energy to have the perspective you have, let alone keep up a website about it. What you have written makes me laugh, cry, want embrace every second of my life more fully, and helps me understand how powerful hope can be. I wish I could I write something that would soothe your hearts a little. I too have been praying for you both. Hi Tammy and Bryce!!

I read about your challenges on the MPIP board. My sister Nancy has Stage III MM. I have been praying for you and would like to share something for Bryce. A favorite book of mine is "365 Affirmations for Hopeful Living," by Patricia D. Brown...Brown? Maybe it's a relative? Anyway...may you find comfort in the following meditation:

*********************************************************************************************
"Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
~Matthew 11:28-29

I seek and find rest for my soul. When I grow weary of the difficulties of life and feel my burdens are too heavy for me to go on, I know I can turn to Jesus, who will give me the rest and assurance I need. I am in touch with what I need to make it through the day. My soul's desires matter, and I am not afraid to express what I want.

As a child, I thought I had to do it all by myself, keeping my worries inside. I feared that if I disclosed myself to others they would not respond--or, worse, they would say no.

Today, I take the risk, realizing what I need and asking for it. The response may be different from what I expect, but the price is too high when I don't ask. In prayer, I take the opportunity to discover and ask for what I need to lighten my burden, ease my weariness, and find my rest.

My mind is at rest, knowing that I have a Savior who eases my burdens.
***********************************************************************************************

Thinking of you every day,

Judy

I don't think you even realize how many live's you are touching. What an amazing example of strenght but most of all love. Thank you for your words of love and tender mercies for everyone you have come in contact with. To put yourself out there emotionaly like you have just shows the courage and love you have for everyone. I shared your website with my sister as she was running out the door to Lake Powell. She called me when she got home and shuttered because she had "fakebaked" the morning before they left. She has promised no more "fakebake" she is a painted girl from here on out. One more life saved. That's how I choose to look at it. Thank you again for giving us all the privalige of sharing your experinces with us all, we are all better wifes, husbands and family members by your example. We love and pray for you daily and "WE BELIEVE" in miracles, but that's a whole other story. We enjoy getting to know all of you through Ashley and Brady. Thanks again for your courage.

Love,

Wow! I have been sitting here reading all of the comments that have been gathered on your blog from friends, family, and even perfect strangers from all over the world! With this many people praying for the same cause...we are bound to create a miracle! I think of you constantly...and once I get over this stupid cold, I will be over for a visit. Stephanie said something about Bryce's toes? I have never noticed...but I love Bryce...so I bet I love his toes too.
Always behind you,

Though we've never met you, our thoughts and prayers are with you often. Our family hasn't gone a day without sunscreen since Reed (Brent's cousin) told us about you. And I find myself holding my kids a little tighter and longer every time I read a post...

Dear Tammy and Bryce,
You two have definitely replaced Batman and Robin as the Dynamic Duo!! We love your faith that's full of fight!! You have been, are now, and will continue to be in every single one of our prayers and our fasts. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives through this amazing blog! You have taught us so much through your hopes & dreams, your faith and courage, and your grand appreciation for family, friends and the "simple" things in life that we so often take for granted.

We are grateful to the Lord for the homes you were sent to! Do moms come any sweeter or more pure than Marian & Jeen? Are there any two dads more supportive than Dan & Roger? We love these four people in your lives and pray the Lord to sustain them as they strive with all diligence to sustain the two of you.

With love and faith,
Brian & Jill

I have been thinking about you and praying for you since the day I saw you in Dr. Kline's office. I was so concerned then, and I love reading the "blog" and being updated on the ups and downs of your days. We are going through some of this also and we understand your feelings and pains. Keep working at fighting this thing. We will continue to pray for you and Dani.
Love, Myra

Dear Bryce, Tammy & Dani,
I check your blog daily and have put off writing far too long. You are doing a great service to everyone who reads it by reminding us how important it is to show the love we feel for others. You are the supreme example of that in your devotion to each other and to your sweet Dani.
It breaks my heart to see the pain and suffering your precious family is going through. Your strength and courage are truly amazing and I wish you could feel the love and admiration that I have for you. You have so many friends and loved ones sending their expressions of caring and support - know that we do care.
Keep your faith and never give up hope. Together you can beat this if anyone can.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.
I send my love to you, Lurene

P.S. My Grandson in Hong Kong always asks about you and I give him a weekly update. Count him as one more who cares and is praying for you.
