Hope
My dear cousin Nathan sent me this picture last week. He is an amazingly talented artist, a new father, and a gentle listener. Nathan made this piece several years ago, not knowing the message would give his cousin renewed hope some day. Thank you, Nathan. We will not give up!
Several years ago I was experiencing some challenging times in my life. When this happens I often turn to artwork as a means of self expression. Yesterday I was looking at some of my work and this piece made me think of you two. I have sent a picture of it. You have truly lived the message of this piece. I pray that you can continue to do so. Our hope and prayers are with you.

Tomorrow as I walk Zachery to attend his first day of Kindergarten I will have tears of joy running down my face!! This is a day that I was not suppose to be here for. The doctors told me I would be long gone and not make it to see him to this day!! Bryce, 5 years from now you will be taking your little princess to her first day of Kindergarten and you too will have those same tears of joy running down your face!! I am praying for you my friend and you too Tammy.

Tam and Bryce- We are all behind you 1000%. I have never felt the spirit so strong in a fast and testimony meeting as I did this week. You are a strong, beautiful woman and we pray for you everyday. Today is Labor Day and we played outside all day. My entire family got completely covered in sunscreen!! I promise to protect my family and will do it because of your warning to us all. Hi Tammy and Bryce,
I spoke with your mom this morning, (Marian,) my sister, and I asked her to give you both a hug from me. I love you both so much and I am praying for you both. Your strength inspires me and I am so impressed with the love you have for each other. Also the love of so many friends, family, and strangers. Almost everyone that I have spoken to and shared your story has said they will pray for you. Tammy, I love the bracelets you had made. I know that cost you a lot of money. How can we order more bracelets and share in the cost? I would like to contribute and would love for my kids to have one. I wear it with pride and make sure that eveyone knows the importance of wearing sunscreen and/or avoiding the sun as much as possible. Tammy, thank you for sharing the blog.
